Today I sowed some peas among the six plants I’d put out yesterday and a row of rainbow chard next to them.
In the NE bed a row of kohl rabi seeds went in next to the broad beans, then a row of rocket, then a row of dragon kale which will be mainly for salad leaves, but a couple of plants can grow up for later. That is one of the beds that will be netted against cabbage white butterflies next month.
Once the lettuce and the two pots of daffodils have come out of that bed there’ll be room for Crown & Sceptre broccoli. And maybe more kale!
